Transport Delivery Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This policy outlines how RideSafe Recovery manages the collection, transportation, and delivery of motorcycles. Our goal is to provide safe, efficient, and reliable motorcycle transport services while ensuring full transparency with our customers. This policy applies to all domestic transport requests made by private individuals, dealerships, and corporate clients.

2. Booking and Scheduling

- All transport jobs must be pre-booked via phone, email, or the RideSafe Recovery website.

- Customers must provide accurate pick-up and drop-off addresses, contact information, and bike details (make, model, registration).

- Upon confirmation, an estimated collection and delivery time will be provided.

- Emergency recovery or short-notice requests are subject to availability and may incur a surcharge.

3. Preparation for Collection

- The motorcycle should be clean and in a movable condition.

- Keys, documentation (if applicable), and any instructions should be provided at the time of collection.

- The customer is responsible for securing any loose accessories or informing our team of fragile parts or modifications.

4. Delivery Process

5. Damage, Liability & Insurance

- RideSafe Recovery takes every precaution to ensure your motorcycle is transported safely.

- Our vehicles and services are insured for the transportation of motorcycles, covering accidental damage caused by our team.

- Customers are advised to maintain their own insurance for added protection.

- Any pre-existing damage will be documented prior to loading. Claims for damage must be raised at the point of delivery or within 24 hours with supporting photographs.

6. Payment Terms

- A deposit may be required to secure the booking.

- Full payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- We accept major payment methods including bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash (subject to driver discretion).

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund.

- Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled collection may be subject to a cancellation fee.
